5-10 years of experience in tax preparation CPA license or eligible Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Expertise in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Ability to adapt to tax law changes and provide strategic tax planning Proficiency in tax preparation software and related tools Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and tax work Analytical skills to address and resolve complex tax issues Full‑time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines
