Today, our community includes over 2,000 professionals, 30+ offices nationwide, and a growing global workforce that supports clients around the world. • Research complex tax issues and communicate findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership.

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships through responsive and professional service.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors by reviewing work, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.

  • Coordinate workflow, assign projects, and monitor engagement progress throughout the tax season.

  • Assist clients with IRS and state tax notices, examinations, and correspondence.

  • Stay current on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.

  • Identify opportunities for additional services and participate in business development and client retention efforts.

  • Collaborate with partners on tax strategies, firm initiatives, and process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate engagement documentation and comply with firm quality control standards.

  • Support year-round client advisory services, including estimated tax planning, entity selection, succession planning, and business consulting.

  • Experience reviewing complex tax returns across multiple entity types.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
