Job summary

SR Staffing represents a Top #15 National CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager to join its Denver, CO team on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will bring Corporate Tax experience and a track record of client service in energy, construction or real estate industries.

Responsibilities include reviewing returns for partnerships, corporate and individuals, preparing tax provisions, and supervising 1-2 associates on engagements. Bonus and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• CPA or BarLicense required
• 5+ years' experience in public accounting
• Tax provision review and preparation experience
• Corporate Tax experience in Energy, Construction and/or Real Estate is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review returns for partnership, corporate, and individual tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and assisting with Federal and State tax audits
• Prepare tax provisions.
• Identify tax solutions and opportunities for clients including federal or state credits or items generated from tax law changes
• Supervise and develop a team of 1-2 associates on each engagement in the areas of client engagement management and applied technical tax knowledge

Our client is a Top #15 National CPA firm that is performing a select search for a talented Tax Manger to join its team in Denver, CO on a Hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in Corporate Tax working with clients in the Energy, Construction and/or Real Estate industries.

• Bonus: Typically, between 5-10%
• 401K: Fully Vested from Day 1. After 1000 hours firm contributes 50% up to the employee's 6% contribution
