You will mentor a growing team, collaborate with wealth management peers, and deliver strategic tax solutions while staying current on regulatory changes.

You’ll oversee tax returns, projections, and tax planning initiatives, building durable client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth and service excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of tax experience in a public or private accounting firm or financial planning firm.
• CPA or EA required.

As a Tax Manager, you will collaborate directly with clients and wealth management teams to develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies tailored to each client's individual goals and values. We are looking for a tax enthusiast who is a thoughtful listener, demonstrates a strong team mentality, and is passionate about both professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of tax experience in a public or private accounting firm or financial planning firm

• Strong track record providing tax consulting to high-net-worth clients, partnerships, trusts, and closely held entities
• Advanced research capabilities related to complex tax matters and changing regulations
• Proficiency with tax compliance software (CCH or GOSystem preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in talent development, including training and mentoring staff and interns
• High attention to detail
