• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback of other Tax Managers/Staff
• Strengthen and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact
• Expert‑level tax planning and consulting, identifying opportunities to optimize financial outcomes
• Collaborate with Partners and other departments within the firm to deliver a high‑level service
• Effectively manage multiple engagements, meeting deadlines and pushing to exceed expectations
• Contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in tax and accounting
• Proven experience in a Manager‑level capacity
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Strong management/leadership skills, high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
