Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting; Masters in Tax a plus.
• CPA license required.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with tax research tools and tax preparation software.
• Commitment to client service and collaborative team success.

This position has a base salary of $120,000 -$150,000.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Lead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
• Research tax issues and present findings to clients and partners
