Distinct | North America in Boca Raton seeks an experienced Tax Manager to join a Top 50 accounting firm with a boutique-office feel. You’ll work directly with Partners on diverse client engagements, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses and Partnerships across real estate, construction and manufacturing.

The role requires 4+ years in public accounting and broad tax knowledge; CPA is a plus. Enjoy open PTO and a hybrid schedule with strong growth and client incentives.

• Broad tax knowledge across 1040s, corporate, partnerships, trusts and estates.
• CPA certification desirable.

Tax Manager | Boca Raton | Up to $150k | Hybrid

They're ideally looking for an experienced Tax Manager, but if you're a strong Senior who's ready for that next step, they're open to having that conversation too.

You’ll need 4+ years of recent Public Accounting experience and broad tax knowledge. A CPA would be a big plus.
