Job summary

Rehmann in Arkansas seeks a senior tax professional to manage and review tax returns for corporate, partnerships, S corporations and individuals, delivering proactive planning and client-focused advisory services.

You will mentor associates, collaborate with firm leaders on practice development and growth initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and service. This role emphasizes client service excellence and team leadership within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA license required; MST a plus.
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment.
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance.
• Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you.
