Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Ohio team with office options and remote flexibility within the state. The ideal candidate will hold a CPA or EA license with 5-7+ years in public accounting and tax, and currently be in or ready for a manager/supervisor role.

You will review a broad mix of tax returns for individuals and entities, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality results. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of Public Accounting & Tax experience.
• Currently a Tax Manager or experienced Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for diverse entities (1040s, 1041s, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990).
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and teams.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to ensure timely tax deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and process improvements.

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5-7+ years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp.
• Currently a Tax Manager or experienced Supervisor
• Exp. Reviewing a mix of entities (1040s, 1041s, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990s)

Preferred:

• Strong Business Return Exp.
• Master's in Taxation or Accounting
• Experience with a variety of clients
