Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their second year of a three-year program at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies
• Participating in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions
• Assisting in corporate tax planning and compliance activities to optimize tax positions
• Engaging in tax modeling and consulting to address client-specific tax challenges
• Contributing to post-deal integration and tax and finance integration projects
• Collaborating on purchase and sale agreements to facilitate seamless transactions
• Conducting research on tax regulations and industry-specific tax issues
• Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax solutions and strategies
• Actively listening and accepting feedback to enhance personal and professional growth
• Demonstrating teamwork by collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
