As a Tax Japanese Business Network Associate, you will engage with clients to navigate the complexities of the global tax landscape, optimizing tax strategies and driving compliance. Within our Tax practice, you will contribute to the Entrepreneurial & Private Business (EPB) network, offering tailored solutions for growth, succession planning, and wealth management. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports entrepreneurial and privately-owned businesses, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $142,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
