Job summary

Trout CPA is offering a Tax Intern position in Lancaster, PA. You will work alongside experienced accountants to prepare individual tax returns and contribute to client engagements while developing essential technical and professional skills for a career in public accounting.

This internship requires being enrolled in an Accounting degree, completing substantial coursework, and committing to at least 25 hours per week from late January through early April 2027, with a GPA of 3.4 or higher and

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Completed at least three years of accounting coursework by internship start.
• Intend to pursue CPA licensure.
• Available to work at least 25 hours per week from late January through early April 2027.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.4 or higher in accounting coursework.
• Demonstrate involvement through internships, work experience, student organizations, or leadership activities.
• Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate initiative and adaptability.
