Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a willingness to learn firm software.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize client documents for tax return preparation.
• Maintain electronic client files and workpapers in accordance with firm procedures.
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients regarding document requests and project updates.
• Support tax staff, seniors, managers, and shareholders with administrative and engagement‑related tasks.
• Assist with data entry and verification to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling client information.
• Learn firm processes, technologies, and client service standards.
