Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a part-time, in-person Tax Intern for our Reno, NV office for Spring 2027. The role includes gathering tax information, supporting the tax team, and preparing high-level returns for clients including manufacturing companies and high-net-worth individuals.

Ideal candidates are multi-tasking, deadline-conscious, and maintain client confidentiality, while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and working toward CPA licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and on track to sit for CPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering relevant tax-related information from a client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Work with the tax team to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
• Assist in preparing a high-level return for a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company or high-net-worth individual.
• Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.
