Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting or related field.
• Pursuing a masters degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Actively pursuing CPA licensure or credits is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple tax returns under supervision.
• Assist with tax compliance and filings for clients.
• Support ASC 740/FAS 109/FIN 48 tax provisions and related processes.
• Conduct online tax research and monitor developments in tax law.
• Assist in responding to notices from tax authorities and preparing extensions.
