You’ll work closely with an Intern Adviser and gain hands-on experience in tax services for diverse clients.

Applicants must be accounting students nearing degree completion, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to commit at least 20 hours per week. Travel to local clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 75% completion.
• Authorized to work in the United States; the firm will not sponsor work visas for this position.
• Ability to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week for the 8-week program; weekend work may be required.
• Willingness for frequent local travel to clients and other PKF O’Connor Davies locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality tax services as a team member on engagements.
• Scan and prepare various types of tax returns efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct a comprehensive research project and present findings to firm leadership.
• Develop and apply knowledge of all routinely used microcomputer applications to support tax services.
