Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax accounting experience.
• Public company reporting experience.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee income tax provision (ASC 740) and related schedules.
• Coordinate with external tax providers for quarterly/annual provisions and filings.
• Review tax return workpapers, disclosures, and internal controls over taxes.
• Manage equity compensation tax accounting (ISO/NSO/RSU) and ASC 740-20 adjustments.
• Coordinate state, local, international tax filings and VAT-related matters.
• Support R&D tax credit studies, transfer pricing documentation, and audit responses.
• Identify automation opportunities and strengthen tax process documentation.
• Support FP&A with effective tax rate forecasting and cash tax projections.
