Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance (related field preferred).
• 1-5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in Lacerte, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Individual and Business Income Tax Returns
• Prepare Bank reconciliations (QuickBooks & Manually)
• Prepare Quarterly Payroll Reports
• Prepare Year-end related accounting entries
• Data entry related to bookkeeping into accounting software
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation
• Tax Oriented
