Job summary

ReNuke Services, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to lead U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting, and fixed-asset tax matters. You will partner with the GL team to align tax with IFRS fixed-asset accounting and support quarterly and annual provisions.

The role requires strong technical skills, judgment, and collaboration with global teams and external partners to uphold accurate reporting and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Tax planning and compliance across federal, state, and local regimes.
• Experience with depreciation and fixed assets tax treatment.
• Ability to coordinate with external advisors and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal, state, and local tax filings and quarterly/annual tax provisions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with GL/IFRS teams on fixed-asset accounting and depreciation.
• Support capital expenditure reviews for tax classification.
• Identify tax efficiencies for capital projects and SALT considerations.
• Coordinate property tax filings and nexus analyses.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Guide on tax implications of new assets and major transactions.
