Qualifications

• 4-year degree required or CPA/EA licensed preferred.
• Experience in tax compliance and advisory services is required.
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing tax compliance and consulting services to private clients and closely held businesses.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations in the middle market.
• Participate in tax research projects and draft IRS responses as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects in corporate and flow-through taxation such as ASC740 and accounting methods.
• Develop client recommendations and present them to leadership for discussion.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, R&D credits and incentives.
• Learn and grow through direct coaching and firm-wide development programs.
