Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of the practice areas and support attorneys accordingly.
• Manage intake, run searches, draft engagement letters, and open new files.
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain and manage timekeeper calendars and court deadlines.
• Assist with overflow work and coordinate tasks across the team.
• Process mail, prepare expense reports, and review client billing statements.
• Use CST workflow to log and manage support requests from start to finish.
• Navigate CST workflow efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor the task queue and take on new responsibilities promptly.
• Support attorneys and colleagues with a collaborative, proactive approach.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to improve team performance.
