Confidential Employer in Haddonfield, NJ seeks a JD-holding attorney to join our tax, estate planning, and business matters practice. The role offers on-site work with flexibility to work from home as needed, and an employer-paid LL.M. in Taxation upon joining.

You will advise individuals and organizations on federal and state tax issues, assist with estate planning, draft documents, and collaborate with experienced lawyers. A fully funded LL.M.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree required.
• Willingness to pursue an employer-funded LL.M. in Taxation.
• Interest in tax, estate planning, and trusts and estates.
• Prior tax law and/or trusts and estates experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals, families, and businesses on federal and state tax matters.
• Assist with estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Draft and review estate planning documents and tax-related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical tax solutions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on tax compliance and transactions.
• Build client relationships while expanding responsibilities.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Note:

A law degree and willingness to obtain an employer-paid LL.M. in Taxation are required. We welcome newly admitted attorneys with an interest in tax and estate planning, as well as experienced attorneys with a background in tax law and/or trusts and estates.
