Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Pre-Law, or Statistics.
• Minimum of junior year class standing.
• Strong academic performance and interest in tax.
• Prior tax or finance internship is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax due diligence and M&A advisory engagements.
• Support client projects by analyzing tax documents.
• Assist with report drafting.
• Perform technical research.
