The ideal candidate has a CPA, 8+ years of public tax experience, strong leadership, and a track record with multi-state compliance, tax planning, and client relationship management. This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 8+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Experience supervising or managing staff.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Oversee engagement planning, execution, and delivery to ensure deadlines and quality standards.
• Review workpapers, tax returns, and related deliverables prepared by staff and managers.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies to privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family groups.
• Mentor, coach, and develop tax staff, seniors, and managers.
• Manage multiple client engagements, budgets, staffing, and workflow priorities.
