Rowan Digital Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking a Director of Tax to build and scale the tax function within our accounting team. You will collaborate across Accounting, Finance, Legal, Development, Construction, and Economic Development to ensure compliance, governance, and effective tax strategy for a growth-focused platform.

The role covers federal, state, and local tax compliance, REIT and taxable subsidiary matters, fixed asset planning, and incentives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in real estate or capital-intensive industries.
• Experience with REIT compliance, cost segregation, and fixed asset strategies.
• Ability to manage third-party advisors and work across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead the tax framework, policies, calendars, controls, and documentation standards.
• Serve as the primary internal tax contact and partner with Controller on strategy and risk.
• Oversee REIT compliance and tax planning for development and assets across jurisdictions.
• Lead tax input for development projects, asset classifications, and incentive planning.
• Review tax implications of major transactions and agreements; support external advisors.
