Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC seeks a Director of Tax in the Boston area with remote or hybrid options. The role owns tax compliance and planning across a complex portfolio of investment funds, SPVs, and management company entities.

You will lead tax returns, K-1s, and investor reporting, and advise on structuring, including QBI/UBTI/QSBS and carried interest. Strong partnership taxation experience and CPA are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• 10–15 years of tax experience, with emphasis on partnerships.
• CPA certification and in-depth knowledge of fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for investment funds, SPVs, and related entities.
• Lead preparation and review of tax returns, K-1s, and investor reporting.
• Advise on tax structuring including QBI, UBTI, QSBS, carried interest.
