Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients and internal teams with private foundation and nonprofit tax planning throughout the year.
• Serve as a technical resource for complex tax topics, including partnership taxation, M&A transactions, estate & trust planning, and structuring.
• Lead tax technical committees and present key developments in weekly manager meetings.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and managers, fostering a culture of professional growth.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and strategic tax planning.

Looking For:

• CPA required
• 10+ years in public accounting with a strong background in tax compliance and consulting.
• Experience leading tax teams, training staff, and reviewing complex returns.
• Strong technical expertise in nonprofit, partnership, corporate, and trust taxation.
• Ability to effectively communicate tax strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
• A proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative and brings creative tax solutions to the table.
