Qualifications

• 10+ years of tax experience with strong federal, state, and local tax knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and active CPA license required.
• Hands-on tax leader with experience managing and developing a team; indirect tax exposure and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. tax function including federal, state, and local income tax compliance and planning.
• Oversee indirect taxes including sales & use, real estate, personal property, and other regional or local taxes.
• Manage tax audits, external advisors, and relationships with governmental authorities.
• Advise executive leadership and business partners on tax matters related to transactions, restructurings, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals while promoting collaboration and technical growth.
• Identify tax planning opportunities, strengthen processes and controls, and support the organization’s overall compliance and risk management efforts.
