Dynamic, fast‑growing Multi‑Family Office is seeking a Ultra High Net Worth Tax Professional to serve as the Lead Relationship Manager to 20M+ level clientele with a focus on developing and implementing complex wealth transfer and tax mitigation strategies for UHNW families.

No Tax Compliance, No Billable Hours, Not a Commissioned Sales Role.

Key Responsibilities

• This role partners directly with the founder and the firm's members in an ensemble practice to manage all aspects of ultra‑high net worth client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive tax planning, estate planning, and overall wealth strategy.
• Collaborate with external advisors including estate planning attorneys, accountants, and other tax professionals.
• Partner with internal investment and operations teams to deliver integrated investment planning and client service.
