Jobot is seeking a Tax Director for our Cleveland, OH office. This on-site, permanent role offers a base salary in the $180,000–$240,000 range with strong growth potential and a clear partner track.

The ideal candidate will lead tax engagements for enterprises, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals, and play a pivotal role in expanding our tax practice within a fast-growing, independent firm. Remote & Hybrid options are noted in the benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience with Business tax returns including Partnerships and Corporations.
• Experience with high-net-worth individual tax planning and compliance.
• Bachelor's in Accounting and CPA certification required.
