Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

A leading boutique business management firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Tax Director to join their team. The firm is looking for a hands‑on, highly experienced tax professional who can manage and mentor the team while actively preparing complex returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small, high‑performing tax group, providing mentorship and oversight.
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns using Lacerte software.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance for a sophisticated client base.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Maintain hands‑on involvement in daily tax operations while managing the team.
Qualifications
