Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Tax Operations Associate in the United States (NJ Pennington area) to support IRS and state tax reporting for retirement and wealth accounts. The role includes daily reconciliation, tax withholding remittances, and handling inquiries with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex activities supporting credit disputes, escalations, and tax reporting while following established procedures.
• Researches and resolves moderately complex financial data requests or exceptions based on analysis of data.
• Performs routine analytics, report creation, and exception processing.
• Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement and escalates concerns as appropriate.
