Qualifications

• Two or more years supporting ERP master data and tax compliance.
• Strong Excel skills for pivot tables, lookups, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and reconcile data across ERP and tax systems.
• Maintain customer/vendor/item master data and tax-related fields.
• Prepare and file state and local sales/use tax returns electronically.
• Reconcile tax activity across ERP, Avalara, returns, payments, and GL.
• Manage exemption certificates in Avalara and track expirations.
• Support tax registrations, audits, and related documentation.
