Job summary

Qualifications

Two or more years in accounting, tax or finance (incl. internships).
Bachelor's degree is required.
CPA/EA/JD license or in progress preferred.
Experience in research and development or tax consulting is a plus.
Experience with tax provisions, corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead or support identification and documentation of qualifying activities and costs.
Prepare calculations, schedules, and client deliverables describing tax benefits.
Interview client personnel to obtain data for credits and incentives.
Develop and review project workplans and budgets; ensure timely delivery.
Mentor STS interns, associates, and junior staff to build expertise.
Research potential clients and relevant tax opportunities; stay updated on laws.
