Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Tax Credit Senior Counsel with eight years of tax credit experience. The ideal candidate will have real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits exposure and may be based in any office, including the virtual location, with St. Louis preferred.

Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, serving clients with domestic and international operations.

We have an immediate opening for a Tax Credit Senior Counsel with at least eight years of tax credit experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link, however, candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $160,000 - $250,000 and inIllinois and Minnesota is $130,000 - $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
