Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for the Bradley Ridge apartment community in Colorado Springs, CO. This Tax Credit property with 336 units requires a customer-focused approach to help prospective residents find their new home.

The role pays up to $22.00 an hour, with schedule Monday–Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm. Benefits include HSA, 401(K) with employer match, paid holidays, life and long-term disability insurance, wellness, EAP, and fitness reimbursement.
