• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and colleagues while helping manage federal, state, and local tax controversy matters
• Manage examinations, disputes, notices, appeals, and other tax matters
• Conduct tax research and develop controversy strategy
• Advocate for clients before taxing authorities
• Mentor staff and help grow the firm’s tax controversy capabilities
