Qualifications

• 3-5 years Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.
• Tax court clerkship or IRS counsel experience, or DOJ tax division/tax branch experience required.
• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
• Experience in tax litigation.
• Experience managing multiple matters at the same time.
