Orionplacement in California is seeking an attorney to join its tax controversy practice. You will represent clients in federal, state, and local tax disputes, handle audits, appeals, and Tax Court proceedings, and develop advocacy materials.
The ideal candidate has active California Bar admission and at least one year of tax controversy experience, plus strong research, writing, and collaborative skills. A Tax LL.M. is preferred but not required; hybrid Sacramento schedule offered.
Pay: $145,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
Sacramento, CA with a flexible hybrid schedule that allows attorneys to work remotely up to two days per week.
Must have an active California Bar license and at least 1 year of substantive tax controversy experience. An LL.M. in Tax or tax concentration is preferred but not required.
