UWorld Accounting is seeking a full-time Tax Content Writer to develop and review high-quality tax questions and explanations for our accounting and tax learning products. The role requires a passion for accounting, strong writing ability, and a commitment to helping learners succeed.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in accounting or taxation, an Enrolled Agent credential, and a preference for CPA certification.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or taxation.
• EA credential required.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review high-quality tax questions, explanations, and educational content for UWorld’s accounting and tax products.
• Apply knowledge of federal tax law, regulations, and IRS guidance to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Write clear explanations that walk learners through concepts and calculations step by step.
• Research tax topics and stay current with changes to tax laws, IRS guidance, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with accountants, educators, editors, and subject matter experts to improve content.
• Review existing content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
• Identify areas where students struggle and develop explanations to simplify concepts.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
