  • Manage the annual tax compliance process.
  • Oversee international information reporting returns.
  • Create and maintain Excel models for tax calculations.

  • Oversee U.S. international information reporting returns.
  • Create and maintain Excel models to support tax calculations and analysis.
  • Review federal and state returns with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze and understand partnership waterfalls and allocations.
  • Handle preparation and review of K-1s and related returns.
