Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities – Key Performance Indicators:

• SARS e-filling and website for VAT/PAYE and Income tax (expert)
• SDL, UIF, and income tax registrations
• Allocation requests and requesting profiles

• Complaints – involving all unresolved matters
• Tax clearance certificate request
• AIT (Approved International Transfers) clearances
• Emigration tax clearances
• Create credit push / Additional payments (loading payments on e-filing)
• Applying/registering for a tax number
• Add users to profiles
• Transfer of e-filing profiles
• Additional tax number registrations for Estates
• SARS call centre and email requests to SARS

• Re-activation of Income tax numbers
• Clients’ queries daily
• Filing
• Billing on Greatsoft
• Completion of statutory returns (PAYE, UIF, SDL and VAT
• Calculation of taxation
• Compliance with the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies and procedures.
• Compliance with the firm’s Employee Code of Conduct which consists of the firm’s HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct.
