Qualifications

• 0-1 years of specialized or technical training beyond high school or equivalent job-related experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of analytical research including descriptive, diagnostic and predictive.
• 0-1 years of tax administration, local, or State Transaction Privilege Tax auditing.
• 0-1 years of legal interpretation of tax code, law, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned audits and projects and assist peers.
• Provide legal advice and present data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with taxpayers and communicate findings clearly.
