Allworth Financial in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Client Service Representative to support our Tax Solutions Department and help deliver an exceptional tax client experience. This non-exempt hourly role will involve assisting tax advisors, scheduling client appointments, and preparing materials for upcoming tax work.

You will work onsite, handle multiple client lists, focus on accuracy, and participate in process improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of tax or financial services industry and client service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/document workflows
• BS/BA degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Delivering exceptional service experiences with every client interaction
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments for the tax advisor team
• Managing calendars and preparing materials for upcoming appointments
• Completing all aspects of new client onboarding
• Organizing and preparing client tax documents for tax advisors
• Assembling and delivering client tax returns
• Handling multiple advisors' client lists and complex service situations
• Focusing on quality and accuracy of work
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements
• Taking on special projects as needed
