Pinion is a leading food and ag consulting and accounting firm offering a paid Summer 2027 Intern position in Tax & Audit. Start June 8, 2027, end August 6, 2027, with deadlines for Montana schools.

You will gain hands-on experience across tax and audit while collaborating with seasoned professionals who value growth and impact. Qualifications include pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Accounting (or Accounting certificate), a 3.0+ GPA, and availability for 24 hours per week (part-time) or 40

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (or related field) or enrolled in an Accounting certificate program.
• GPA 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
• Hours available: 24 per week (part-time) or 40 per week (full-time).
• Location: Fully in the office.
• Employment eligibility: This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, general accounting, and special projects.
• Apply academic knowledge to real client work while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with professionals across multiple levels of the firm.
• Utilize technology and data tools to deliver accurate, efficient results.
• Build lasting relationships with fellow interns, mentors, and firm leaders.
