Job summary

CLA Denver is seeking Tax/Audit Interns to gain hands-on experience starting January 2027 through April 2027. You will work on tax returns and assurance services, collaborating with clients and CLA professionals to learn procedures, workpapers, and systems.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, aiming to sit the CPA exam, and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Travel to client sites is required; CLA values inclusion and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; degree strongly preferred.
• Credit requirements to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree - Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.

• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The wage range for this position in Colorado is: $27.00 - $31.00.
