CLA is seeking Tax/Audit Interns for our Andover, MA, Boston, MA, Providence, RI, Quincy, MA and Worcester, MA offices. Start date is January 2028 with an anticipated end date in April 2028.

Interns will gain exposure to tax returns, audits, and assurance services while supporting client engagements and training opportunities. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, working toward CPA exam eligibility, and comfortable traveling to client sites.

Competenze

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA exam eligibility per state requirements is desirable.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Prepares tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Performs audit, review, compilation, and assurance work.
• Gains experience with procedures, workpapers, and systems.
• Supports multiple client engagements, communicating progress and issues.
• Expands industry knowledge through training and peer interactions.
• Completes research and special projects as needed.
• Communicates effectively with clients and CLA team members.
