A top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level Tax Associate (4–5 years’ experience) to join its New York Tax Group. This opportunity will appeal to associates currently in Am Law or peer Big Law environments who are looking to deepen their technical tax practice while gaining broader exposure and responsibility within a collaborative, partner-led team.

The Practice

The Tax Group is an integral part of the firm’s transactional platform, advising on the tax aspects of complex M&A, private equity, fund formations, financings, restructurings, and cross-border transactions. Rather than operating as a narrow specialist group, the team works closely with corporate, finance, real estate, and litigation colleagues on high-value, market-leading matters.

Associates are trusted early with meaningful responsibility, including direct client interaction and hands‑on involvement in deal structuring and execution.
