Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking an associate to join our tax practice. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of tax experience, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of tax experience including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions.
• High motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong client relations skills and ability to handle several concurrent matters.
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school; LLM preferred but not required.
