This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with 2–5 years of experience and exposure to hedge funds, private equity, or investment fund taxation to develop their expertise in a sophisticated investment environment.

Compensation: $90,000-120,000

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for hedge funds, private equity funds, investment partnerships, and management entities.
• Support partnership tax compliance, including Schedule K-1s, allocations, and investor tax reporting.
• Work with external tax advisors and public accounting firms to coordinate tax compliance and reporting.
